The International Women’s Day which is celebrated on the 8th of March is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. 

For this special occasion, we will be conducting an empowerment session just for women.
 We will share some insights and personal tips that can help women enhance
self-love and self-care and most importantly celebrate the gift women bring to this world. 

This is an event of self-reflection, empowerment, motivation, and most importantly a celebration because
Women are meant to be celebrated!

Women wear so many different hats: as a mother, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, and so much more. Women are natural caretakers and nurturers and are often putting the needs of others before them, ensuring those in their care have their needs fulfilled.

Yet so many women forget to manage their own mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual care while managing others. 

But here’s the thing, you cannot fill from an empty cup.  You must fill your own cup, nurture, and care for your needs before you can fully and wholly nurture and care for others. Women often forget this simple act of self-love and self-care worrying about being selfish by putting themselves first. 

The truth is, self-care is an act of giving! Self-care is any activity we do to take care of our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. The more we take care of ourselves, the better we can take care of others. With the right self-care practices, you are able to improve your mood, manage your emotions, reduce your stress levels, but most importantly enhance the relationship you have with yourself and others. Taking care of yourself is taking care of others

In this session, we will be sharing simple yet practical exercises you can do every day to care for your mind, your emotions, your body, and your spirit.

It’s Sheetal! I am a business owner, wife, and a mama of two toddlers, and I love to teach everything that helps individuals and teams find their better selves. 

I have successfully been creating and teaching courses for over 12 years in topics such as productivity, leadership, communication, team building, and emotional intelligence.

Having self-love and self-care has been such an essential part of allowing me to show up as my best self to my husband, my children, as a leader, as a colleague, as a friend, and so much more. We have so many different roles and wear so many hats every day, and without the right self-care regimen, I would not be able to show up for them but most importantly for myself.

I love waking up feeling happy and driven, and ready to manage my day, but also be present for those who matter most. I know some days can be harder than others, but with the right tools and practices in place, you can give yourself as much care and love as you give others. 

In this workshop, together with my friend Mandy, I will be sharing some simple and practical tools to help you make some shifts to create a beautiful relationship with YOU.

Hello beautiful,

My name is Mandy and I am a yogini entrepreneur, lover (of life), and mama of 6 fur kids. Guiding and coaching people, especially women,  to find their “jewel” within, is one of my many passions.

About 14 years ago I (re)learned how to love myself and manage my self-care. It has been a wonderful journey and still is because I keep finding wonderful pieces of myself to love. Yoga has played an important role in loving myself, and I’ve reaped the benefits also from NLP & Pranic Healing.

I enjoy my own company and life a little more every day. In finding myself I found my flow and life has been much more beautiful & exciting. 

This workshop is for women by women! I am humbled to work with Sheetal and to host this workshop together for the second year. We are excited to share some tools, exercises, and will also dance & have fun together as we celebrate YOU on this special day.
