FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There are four modules in this course, and you get 7 weeks to go through these Modules. Modules are released on a weekly basis, with implementation weeks in between to give you a chance to work on the exercises and manage your progress.

You can follow the course guidelines weekly or do it at your own pace.

We understand that some days get busier than others, so just pick up where you left off. We recommend going through all the modules and exercises to get the full benefit of the course. You have lifetime access to the course so take your time if you need to. You can always come back to the course whenever you are ready.

Most videos are anywhere between 10 – 15 minutes because we believe in micro-learning and continuing to the next video only after finishing previous exercises. It would be best to put aside 15 – 20 minutes every day to watch a lesson of the module, which makes learning simpler and less overwhelming as you move forward.

We understand some days are busier than others and you may follow more lessons in one day if you wish. Therefore, we release an entire module each week, so you can learn based on the time you have on hand.

You must have internet access to follow the course on your pc, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

We recommend putting aside 10 – 15 minutes every day or approximately 90 minutes each week to go through each module. There is a total of four modules in this course.

You have lifetime access to the course. You can purchase during the enrollment dates and start anytime you wish. There is no requirement to start the course on the start date.

This course teaches you everything you need, from the ground up. Even if you have never heard about Emotional Intelligence you can start and finish this course with success.

Yes, this is an online certification course. You will receive a digital certificate upon completion of this course, which you can also track back with a special identification number.

I am a business owner, wife, and mama of two toddlers. I have been successfully creating and teaching courses for over 12 years in topics such as productivity, leadership, team building, communication, and emotional intelligence.
