Leadership
Program
“I tell executives that Thinking and Feeling are like two TV channels or radio stations. You can tune into logical content or what people care about. If you only listen to one channel, you’re missing a lot of good information”
– Catherine Fitzgerald
Inspirational Leaders are those that empower individuals, transform an organization, and provide purpose and meaning for individuals. Under such leadership, employees feel valued and share a common goal and vision. Creating such an environment requires great talent, skill, and knowledge of self in order to serve others. True leaders know that their value can only truly be known through their people and through communicating effectively with their teams, partners, and stakeholders. These are truly servant leaders.
This workshop is highly recommended as a leadership program for teams who are currently in supervisory and management positions. This program will help individuals appreciate the impact of their personal style on others, as well as understand how differences can impact the way they lead others. In addition, the program will help identify aspects of their role that may come naturally to them, and other areas where they may need to focus more energy and attention.
Understanding Your Leadership Style
Servant leaders are motivated by a higher purpose and seek great capabilities in others. They create a work culture that contributes to employee satisfaction and high levels of creativity and productivity. True leaders first learn about their own strengths and challenges and communicate intelligently based on this self-knowledge seeking to serve, develop, and create trust.
Through this leadership workshop, using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation for Business (FIRO-B), leaders will gain the tools for effective leadership.
