Why productivity matters?

Productivity refers to the ability of an individual, team, or organization to work efficiently and effectively within a given time frame for maximum output. Our lives are changing year after year. There is often so much to do, and little time to get it all done. However, time is not the only factor that determines our productivity. Many other factors such as personal motivationmental and physical healthour emotions, physical environmentpersonal networks, and education determine how we get things done, and how well we do it.

When we focus on being Productive versus being busy, we get more done, and we do it well. Productivity automatically goes up when we start to work on combined factors of elements mentioned above. In our Productivity Workshops, we address multiple elements to allow individuals to determine how to shift their focus, energy, and mindset, and to manage their daily habits for optimal productivity, but most importantly for a better quality of life. When you have a lot to do and very little time on your hands, some days can feel more stressful than others. Work starts to pile up and it can feel as if you can’t get much done. We get busier and distracted every day, often with mountains of tasks that need to get done, and sometimes we have nothing to show for at the end of the day.

In this workshop, we will share some tools and hacks that have really helped us to organize, prioritize, and get things done without feeling overwhelmed and stressed. The most important thing about productivity is checking your mood, managing your emotions, and energy levels.
